My name is Jamie Stewart, the founder of Legacy Modular.
As a former WA Apprentice of the Year and WA Carpenter of the Year I’ve always been passionate about doing the best I can for my clients.
When I first stepped onto a construction site, I knew this was my calling. But after being in the trenches for years sweating it out on site, watching what goes wrong day after day, I saw the cracks:

While your site’s getting prepped, we’ll be in the warehouse, smashing through the build. No delays due to 40-degree days, no materials left out to warp in the rain, and no “oh, sorry, mate, we’re waiting on a delivery.” Everything’s costed, stocked, and ready to go. Our team know the process inside out and don’t have to waste time setting up, packing down, or travelling. Every minute goes into building your home — with speed and precision.

Not a chance. These aren’t prefab shacks from decades ago. Our modular homes are sleek, contemporary, and tailored to your block. While they’re efficient to build, they don’t scream “factory-made.”
There’s a belief in WA that brick is king, and you can thank a 1970s Midland Brick campaign for that. It made sense back then, but things have moved on. Modular homes, built in controlled environments, are just as strong (if not stronger) than traditional brick.
